Thank you. I've been mourning the loss of my dogter/furbaby Penny and most mornings have been hard enough to get out of bed let alone get on the mat. Your videos have been a reminder to take care of myself and help me revisit fond memories of her laying near me while I practice. I wish you enough this holiday season. Namaste.

I just came across this video/channel for the first time. I really like the amount of time you allow for feel-good stretches. I don’t just get comfortable before having to move on, I get to actually enjoy the stretch

That was so relaxing! I love these videos are so easy for beginners too! Just starting out trying to do some easy stretches before bed and I'm really enjoying the feeling, trying not to focus on weather or not I'm doing it "right" cause like you said the feeling is what counts!
