As woman with PCOS who has always struggled with doing excercises, I find your videos really helpful. I can actually do some workouts without being too tired :) and feel good at the end, It's really a BIG WIN for me .
I will really appreciate it if you keep uploading more workout videos like this for women with PCOS :))

As a overweight person (92 kgs, 28 yo female) I gave up around the 8 minute mark. My knees and wrists couldn't bare the weight and I had a sharp shooting pain in my left ankle. Going back to your flexibility video and doing that one for now instead. I have started taking swimming lessons early morning and for my evening workout I find your videos to be perfect. Slowly building my strength with the goal of being able to do this yoga routine successfully. Thanks for all this content! 💗

This was one of the first pilates I've done since being diagnosed with PCOS. I messed up by doing high intensity workouts before, and even though i have, i struggled with some of the leg pulses! I stayed with you til the end, but when i heard "did your best during these last 30 minutes", i admit i teared up. I know i can lose weight especially with your videos.

I have worked a lot of hard manual labor jobs and I'm always so tight and my joints are so painful. I felt some real relief after this video but could also tell I got a nice workout in too! So excited to have found this

One of the best pilates/yoga on YouTube (for me).
As a busy person, I like to go straight to the point. Many workout videos have long narratives before and in between moves .
This was exactly what I needed today. I'm on my regular detox, so there's not too much cardio, exceptionally. I love the tone of your voice - very soothing.
All the moves did so good for my body and soul ❤.
I usually take a longer time to stretch, so I was pausing the video towards the end. But I understand you wouldn't take 2 minutes or so while demonstrating

Omg yes. I’ve done p90x yoga and I couldn’t enjoy it. This was so relaxing and enough burn but without the unnecessary struggle. I’m replacing Yoga X with this!!

Thank you, Akshaya for these wonderful workouts. I have tried difficult Pilates workouts before and used to feel scared every day as I was heading towards my workout hour. But your workouts do not make me anxious rather I look forward to them. They are incredibly comfortable yet effective and I feel so nice every time after doing them. Thank you for creating the playlist as well. It's easy to follow this way ❤❤

I don't have PCOS but this is still a favorite yoga session of mine! It makes my legs feel good and my body relaxed afterwards. I also love the last low back twist/stretch as it cracks everytime. Thank you 😊

After doing weight lifting for 7 years and martial arts for 2, i never did yoga or some more peacefull workouts This! will be my everyday routine to relax and stretch! thank you very much, namaste❤
