The only Pilates channel I’ve been able to stick with. Everything is perfect. Workouts, voice, music, breath and encouragement all working together.

Some changes I notice when I move regularly with Nicole:
- PMS and menorrhagia symptoms subside
- Joint pain and popping subside
- I engage my muscles more consciously and gracefully while performing daily activities
- Occasional mind-clearing emotional releases during some stretches and sequences
- A more toned and beautiful body

I love this channel. Nicole is the real deal.

When I hear my alarm going off at 6:30 am on a Saturday morning, I have to force myself to get up and roll out my mat but then after 30’ of pilates, I feel fully awake and energized. After 2 months of working out almoust daily, following your schedule, I can’t say that my body is transformed but I feel less backpain and even if it is a stressful period I feel calmer throughout the day. Moving not for performance or for a toned body but to feel better is key to take good care of ourselves and is something that I am learning from your practice. Thank you. ❤

I’m full time at uni studying music theatre and these classes are a staple in my week for conditioning. I LOVE these advanced Matt classes as they compliment dance so well and keep me calm and strong. Also, so grateful for the free access due to being a broke uni student. THANKYOU NICOLE

In the past, I found it difficult finding a yoga or pilates instructor I liked, because as an ex-dancer I very much need movement (hands, pointed toes etc) to be aesthetic. But you and your workouts have changed my life - my attitude, my health, my confidence. Thank you, Nicole! You make me (and i’m sure others too) feel beautiful in our own skin!

Time to celebrate in Finland! This was my 90th Pilates class with Nicole! I have been doing her workouts since March and I’ve never done any Pilates before. Now I cannot imagine a day without! Even though I watched all her classes through it doesn’t matter to rewatch and rewatch them all over again because they are always as refreshing and just perfect. This everyday routine with her has helped so much on my recovery from depression and burnout. Her classes are like therapy which benefits reflect my whole life. Thank you Nicole❤️

I found myself not breathing good, sometimes not breathing for a short term at all. It brought me to sleep apnea and sleep disorder. I never liked classic fitness workouts, because it was not a natural movement for me. Then I decided to try with pilates and I found Nicole. My breathing is a lot lot better and I sleep like a baby :) Thank you Nicole! 🙏

I just finished this workout!!! I have to say this definitely challenged me and I LOVED it! The burn felt SO good and I love how its 30 min! Intense and its done so quick. Your 30-40 min Pilates are my personal favorite! <33
