I started doing Pilates using your videos back in September 2023 using your beginner workouts. It’s now Jan 2024. I have always tried to work out and every single time I would develop bad habits and I would just do it for two weeks or something and then stop because I lose motivation. I’m not a person that worked out or can handle working out most of the time. But I was desperate to go into a healthier lifestyle and stay fit. I’m only 19 years old, but I want to take care of my body until I’m of old age. Your Pilates videos showed me that there’s workouts that are fun, that are intense but that make my body feel so good. I do your 30 min workouts 2-3 times a week and I’ve kept up with this routine for FOUR MONTHS NOW. With health eating habits and doing this routine, I’ve lost 10 pounds. Not many other Pilates videos tell me how to breathe when doing each exercise and that helped me to always stay sane during my workouts and not be out of breath. I can’t thank you enough. Please continue to upload videos and I will be sure to follow these workouts. I don’t think I could ever let go of this love that I have for Pilates now. I’ve made it a part of my weekly routine. I still remember one of the first beginner workouts I did from this channel. I was quite literally dying. But after doing that workout a couple of times I realized it made me feel stronger and I felt better to take care of my health and take that time out of my day to show up for myself. Thank you.

Dear Nicole, I've been through a really hard time and you can't imagine how much your workouts (especially these "feel good" ones) helped me out during the past months. I walked away from a 13 year long relationship and was left jobless shortly after that. Your routines (combined with healthy eating) prevented me from falling apart and i managed to keep myself and my body together. Your videos have had more of an impact on me than I ever thought they would. My partner of 3 years broke up with me on Christmas Day completely out of the blue and I was so lost. During a global pandemic, unable to see my family 150 miles away and now living on my own. I couldn’t think properly and I could barely move. In some way your workouts have actually changed my life! May be it's your "feel good" moves or your soothing, encouraging voice but I wake up looking forward to working out. My body seems to be getting stronger without all the huffing & puffing. You deserve 10 million subscribers!
