I hope you enjoy this Classical Mat Pilates inspired class! My mum had all the Mari Winsor Pilates DVDs when I was growing up and I loved to do them when I got home from school. That is when I fell in love with Pilates so the classical moves really hold a special place in my heart. This is only classical inspired as I added in some non-traditional moves too. Have fun! 😊

I'm into my fifth week of doing these workouts and I can already feel myself getting stronger, and the pain I used to get in my wrists and in the tops of my hands before I started pilates has pretty much vanished! Thank you for making these classes free and accessible for folks like me who can't afford gym memberships. They are wonderful.

This was more challenging than I expected from a classic pilates routine. Had me shouting and wobbling, but I pushed through to the end. I’m feeling accomplished and energized for the rest of the day. 🌻💪🏾

My mom had the Mari Winsor Pilates DVDs in the early 2000s. I remember being as young as five years old, joining her while she would do them. My mother passed away, and with Mari passing away I find myself going back to the DVDs for exercise and nostalgia purposes. I loved her DVDs, and they've always been a part of my workout routine throughout my teens and until now. This is something new & refreshing, but also adding what I love into it. Thank you Nicole!

Loved it so much!! Your classes are the only ones where I truly enjoy, I don’t dread waking up and working out and I’m so thankful for you. I’m 13 and recovering from anorexia, with your classes I’m able to workout because I enjoy it, not to be thinner and that’s the most amazing thing for me. <3

Lowering and lifting the sides of the hips in the last sequences was so challenging, I hardly made it! A very nice workout and feeling very proud of myself! Thank you, Nicole!

I thought it was so cute how the kitty came over to Nicole in the beginning when she had her head in her knees 😭 It's like the kitty was trying to cheer her up ❤

I started doing your classes 9 months ago, 6 days a week. I'm so glad I found your videos, Nicole!Before that I never did intentional workouts, except yin yoga/ restorative yoga. Anything else seemed to exhausting. These classes are amazing, calming to the nervous system, effective and fun. I'm glad I found a way to build muscle in a gentle way, now that I'm 48 . A big thank you! This is a miracle for me. ❤

I knew my core needed some extra work, so thank you for this! It showed me that I must continue to work at my deep core muscles, NOT just the superficial abs

I also found this class difficult. For example, I was wobbly and didn't have the technique & balance required especially for side exercises (even though this class was not cardio-heavy or sweaty).

Having said that, I am recovering right now... So I am proud I finished and got some movement in today 🙏🌟😊

I found 0.8 x speed helped me get closer to the correct technique. Thank you for encouraging movement x

This routine and pilates in general is something ive come to have a great respect for and an eye opening moment for me to realize my mobility and control of my movements is something i desire more of from myself. And, thank you for providing accessible and positive instruction!

HI Nicole, I do not have time to go to a Pilates studio but I do your 30 min sessions on a daily basis. Always select a session and practice it for a week then move to another one. Started as a beginner, now able to master this workout class too. been doing your workouts consistently 4-5 times a week since new yours now and i'm really feeling a difference especially in my core strength. now my biggest problem isn't strength but just being inflexible as hell haha

Thank you Nicole. I woke up this morning feeling completely flat and de energised, talking myself oit of a workout necause i "didnt feel like it".. i told myslef id try.. just tey it.
