To everyone who struggled with this workout: You don’t have to be out of shape to have a hard time with this. I’m in good shape for alot of things…but this has some things that were very hard for me. Focus on having good posture, don’t give up. It will get easier with practice! And if you aren’t at your physical best, be proud of yourself for trying these moves, they are hard!!!

I am 74. Been doing various types of yoga (Iyengar, Kundalini, Hatha, Yin) over the last 45 years. All the harder maybe to put up with sagging skin, dwindling muscles and aching knees.

My granddaughter introduced me to your videos.

I knew straightaway they were good for me. Guess what: after a 3-week daily practice, even though the change may not show from the outside, I feel an inner swing from the pelvic floor and balance is steadier. I’ll certainly keep going. Merci Nicole!

Honestly, I've been doing this for a couple weeks now and today I cried after finishing the workout. It was a super emotional realization that getting to release my stress, work hard and rest hard through these workouts, I'm taking care of myself in the same gentle velocity that I often hope other people will do. Thank you for teaching me to love myself in the best way possible!!!

These classes are amazing! As a man, I feel self conscious going to a group class in person, but being able to do these at home is great.

After doing Pilates for so many years something I really appreciate since starting your videos is the focus on the breath work with each move. I think during in person classes I’m was never able to focus much on my breathing but WOW what a difference it makes!!! Been doing your weekly video playlists since the beginning of the year and I’m so excited to see how my body transforms ❤️ feeling so much better and stronger already!

A tip for anyone who struggles to get through all the sets, I usually like to slow down my reps and just focus on the breath and getting the most out of my form, your muscles will still feel it, but this makes it so you don’t necessarily have to stop if things become too difficult :) (I still have to stop sometimes because man Nicole is fit)

I cannot express enough how great your classes are! I’ve been practising Pilates for 2 years now and I’m about to be a certified coach. In any cases, I’ll keep on recommending you cause you deserve it, Nicole! Really ❤ maybe an idea for a next class could be wrist-focused workout because we barely take care of them and it’s important to do so! ☺️

I’ve been doing this class every morning for the past week and I can’t believe how my posture is getting so much better and I’m actually getting better at doing the movements too. Don’t give up, just focus on breathing and practice and overtime you’ll get so much better❤❤

I’m gonna try doing this for a month so here’s my progress!!

Day 1 : I was struggling so bad omg like toes curling shaking and all and I wanted to give up at least 15 times I also wasn’t able to do some parts properly without collapsing…… but that just means I have more to improve! I’ll be back tomorrow:D
Day 2 : I have to be honest I wanted to give up before I even started…. After every exercise I was thinking I should just finish it early but I did the whole thing and I feel great and very proud of myself, I was still really struggling with some of the exercises but some felt sooo much easier than yesterday! See u tomorrow!!
Day 3 : It was hard getting out of bed to do this haha but I feel great!
Day 4: it’s so easy now i feel good!!
Day 5: i feel better physically and like i’ve noticed i bloat less now!
