I have been doing your workouts for over a year now. I used to just exercise because I felt like I had to, and every workout was just going through the motions without enjoying it. You have taught me to embrace moving my body, and to really breathe into each moment and just be present. I have recommended you to all of my friends, and I feel so much stronger everyday. I teach Yoga and throughout this practice I was thinking “wow these poses would be great to lead up to Dancer’s pose” and then you cued Dancer’s. I was so impressed and enamored with this sequence. It was truly a work of art that felt phenomenal in my body. Thank you Nicole, you’re the best ❤

The pace is perfect! Keep making 60 min Yoga and crusher ab routines! My favorite aspect of your videos is your voice is in the background while you lead. The surroundings are fantastic! Grateful for your inspiration and dynamic classes. ❤

The abs series nearly killed me, but I still did it without skipping (I paused for a few seconds though 😂😂)
