as someone who struggles a lot with body image, which makes trying to be more healthy and fit really mentally/emotionally exhausting, i really appreciate that your videos aren’t focused on achieving a certain body type but rather on the movements and how the exercises will make you feel. i love the variety and it’s amazing that you’re able to achieve a level of effectiveness that doesn’t feel punishing or exhausting! thank you so much 💕

I don't have time for morning exercise, with two little kids and a full time job from 7 am. So I do your morning or no-morning pilates when I put my kids to sleep, and that means 9 pm. That is my happy hour, especially when you share a new video. You are an inexhaustible source of inspiration, Nicole! Thank you for these awesome classes! 💙💙💙

I absolutely adore your classes. And sometimes when I find myself I’m tired and you say “you’re so strong” I always feel an extra boost to remind myself I can do it. For each minute I workout with Nicole, I am Nicole. Strong, lean, flexible. As if I am looking in a mirror. It’s a beautiful feeling. I hope to do better at carrying that feeling beyond the workouts, to love my own body for all that it can do.

This was so difficult for me to do! I started with your beginner pilates workout and thought I could do this. I did, but it was so hard! I am grateful for the challenge though and I love how your videos make me feel during and after! I also love how your videos make me feel comfortable enough to challenge myself. I had no motivation to workout today, but still pushed myself. I am sweating buckets!
