I train 6 days a week doing weightlifting and calisthenics and this 30 minute video left me out of breath and DRENCHED in sweat 💀

Loved this workout! I couldn't do each pose, often I had to take breaks. But that's fine! I'm reminding myself that all the little bits help and that trying is the most important thing! <3

Needed to take several "wtf am I doing with my life"-drinking a gallon of water-wiping my sweat with an industrial sized towel- breaks but I got through it!

I must admit, I have been missing the more yoga based videos! I swear you can tell when I lose focus on my breath. You have a way of bringing me back to my center and pushing me to do my best!

I am grateful that I am able to do this. I have still not reached the end, day by day, minute by minute, I am increasing my strength. Loved this flexibility challenge. I wonder how much practice you have done to make this 30-minute long video, that too without showing a drop of sweat. 😮

This was hard, but I loved it! I started doing your classes at the end of october and back then I was dealing with strong pain in my right hip since almost a year. It was stopping me from having my beloved daily walks and it was starting to be a serious issue in my daily life. I want you to know that the pain is gone now and also for the first time in my life I am able to do push ups - not using my knees! Your classes make me stronger, healthier and happier. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of these classes. I’m a former full time dancer and have craved dancer energy in my life now that I’m in a 9-5 job. Finding your classes is one of the best things that’s happened in my life this past year.

Nicole, I'm trying to get back into shape, as my cardiovascular health is a bit poor at the moment. These past couple of years I've been really sedentary. I love these gentle workouts, and you are incredibly sweet and make me feel accompanied❤
