My favourite part of these classes Nicole, is that even when I tumble over and fall out of a pose, I laugh at myself rather than feeling like I messed up. You make me feel safe and like I am still doing a good job :) thank you!

Dear Nicole, I have been doing Pilates with you for almost a year now and I am really grateful to you for the great sessions.
I am 48 years old and I have been completely inactive for 25 years. Now that I’m doing your sessions, I have to say I’ve never felt better. I used to be a top athlete and I thought Pilates was a boring thing. Well, it’s exceptional and thanks again!

I found myself actually smiling while I was doing some of these exercises, even though they were challenging. It just feels really good in my body to do these movements, & I can definitely tell it improves my mood throughout the day as well. Thank you, Nicole!! <3

Nicole, after sifting through so many Pilates instructors on YouTube (as I'm so so fussy) I have finally found the perfect one, YOU! Your clips are really trully wonderful, authentic, suit my needs and love your calm inner voice. I have been following many of your different workouts for past year and they are all fantastic, each and every single one. I have been doing your "Morning 20 minutes pilates" religiously which works great for me as I don't have much time in my day. However, this workout is just great and love the intensity, as some of the stretches you have included is what I normally do at the end of your session which is not incorporated in your other videos so now that they are, I will be following this routine. Thank you for all your wonderful work you do ❤🙏

Idk why I started crying towards the end...only because I’m so touched by how gentle, graceful and encouraging Nicole is. I’ve found it really hard to get back into a regular fitness/movement regime since 2020. This workout feels so loving to my body. I appreciate you 🙏

I have been resistance training/strength training for a long time, a decade and some change for reference. Recently, I have been struggling to enjoy it like I used to and have been finding new ways to appreciate what our bodies can do. This is my second video done with Nicole and I feel good, motivated, strong, and empowered. I overall feel more grounded and at peace. I absolutely love doing these videos even though they are quite hard for me. It was quite a shock to see how challenging these videos were for me, but I am willing to keep working through my Pilates journey because I know it’s a marathon and not a race.

This is so incredible for postpartum recovery! I have two boys, about a year apart, and my abs are still struggling, despite being 1.5 years postpartum…. These routines are so helpful to rebuild my core strength gently enough, as I can always modify when needed, but I feel so confident being able to stick with you through almost all of the moves! ❤

First time waking up at 5:30am to do this pilates exercise. My favourite part is the last stretch. Feeling challenged due to a hip injury i truly felt appreciative to my body during the final one movement yoga stretch. Thanks Nicole! Back tomorrow.
