Wow, this was probably the best one yet. My favorite pilates/yoga combination by far. Nicole, you have changed my life when it comes to loving my body and feeling strong. I've been doing your workouts for over 2 months now, and can now keep up with you. For anyone who struggles with chronic illness, gut disorders, or imbalanced cortisol levels, this is for you!!! My gut has healed immensely because of the strength, stretching, & mindfulness combined. HIIT was exhausting me and led me to hold onto weight because of the stress that was put on my body, and now with you, I have lost 10lbs! Your channel is a blessing. I absolutely love these combo videos. I am always conflicted on should I stretch or workout in the morning as I am always stiff early. These are a nice way to get both in.
