Constructive criticism. You are telling me to do the opposite of what I see, grab left leg while you are grabbing right. And I get the mirror effect and what you are doing there, but I feel it really only works standing directly across and certain angles. Once you start laying sideways to the screen and I look up for a que it doesn't make sense. Noticed it a bit before but today, due to mat spacing available it was more apparent. Anyway I'm just random on the internet. Thanks for the stretch :)

Thai is a really good stretch routine before bed. It's my first try and ill be carrying on with this ever night to help with my aches and pains.
