This 10 Minute Full Body Stretch Workout includes gentle stretching exercises to help with flexibility and mobility. This stretch workout will open your shoulders, back and hips and can be done on its own or as a stretch before workout or stretch after workout!

This is my favorite stretching video I've ever found. I usually like to stretch on my own, but when I do that, it takes 30 minutes, and it is nice to mix it up and do different stretches. I've never liked another stretching video because I feel my flow is best for me, but this video makes me feel great, and I love that it's just 10 minutes. Thank you!!

i love how you always tell us to listen to our bodies and that it’s okay to be slower or do an easier variation ❤ lots of time i always forget that and i feel awful for not being able to follow through/ do something that’s too hard for my body!

Thank you so much for these stretching videos. You make it a pleasure to stretch. I always feel better physicially and psychologically after. It's amazing what can happen in just 10 minutes.

So good! Can I suggest adding an achilles stretch to your videos? If you work in a more formal office its often heels of some sort expected and that can get very tight.

Thank you for this. I'm 2 mo ths postpartum and have had a lot of joint pain. Exercise has been daunting, but doing thus stretch video really helped. Even though it's all I can manage right now, it has to help at least, I hope.

This 5th day sequence helped me wrap up my week nice and smooth in peace. Yes, I need a lot of tender loving care for my collapsed balance and lost endurance due to my foot surgery in this last mid October.
Hope I'll keep listening to my body and safely ease into my normal, healthy state of body and mind. Thank you, Jessica. 💙🙏🙏
