I really struggled on Round 1 for some reason but then found my groove.. great workout!!! WHAT PROJECT ARE YOU WORKING ON??!?!?❤❤❤❤❤❤

I loved this workout, Kat, even with the ankle taps! Second set was hardest--my shoulders were burning by the end for sure!

Rrrrrawww thank you Kat I definitely modified a few and ended up doing an abs combo at the end but loved it all….. moguls definitely challenging and I didn’t even attempt the ankle taps st speed - walking them out was better for my knee! 😅. Keep shining your sparkly light 🤩⭐️🌟

Moguls after arms was just cruel 😂

I ride on an equestrian drill team and we've got practice tonight, so I did some extra hip, inner thigh, calf, and hamstring stretches after the cool down.

So, here's the story: on Monday I did a lower body workout and the take home message from the trainer was "mind the stairs" and I was like "nah, I've done this before, it won't be that bad". Oh, how wrong I was! Yesterday a bit before lunch the soreness on the quads started to build up and by night I thought I'd never be able to walk like before. Today was no better, so every leg exercise today was a mess and that's what my life has become.

I’m so excited to see what new project you are working on! The hardest set for me was definitely the last one and those curtsy lunges two sets after 30 switch lunges today I have work then lacrosse practice then grocery shopping
