90 Minute Yoga Nidra for Sleep and Insomnia | Guided Sleep Meditation | Rest Deeply Tonight

Last night I woke up at 2am full of anxiety and worry. Listened to your recording, having a hard time to relax but following your voice anyway. I was still fully awake at the end and decided to just rest. I fell into the most wonderful, therapeutic sleep and woke up 4 hours later refreshed and rejuvenated!

This Yoga Nidra took me from monkey brain at 4am to peaceful mind and calming down my whole being by 5:49 am. I am a grateful human again. Kristyn you are a Rose crystal with a heart of gold.! Namaste❤

The chime sounds after the talking was very soothing. Although it didn’t put me back to sleep it did bring my busy mind back to the breath. Loved the length.
