Since being diagnosed with fibromyalgia I have trouble sleeping and i don't achieve Rem sleep. Last night I listened to you for the first time, i didn't get past 5 minutes, and i only woke up once, that hasn't happened in over 8 years! I'm going I've found something that is going to help me with other problems like stress, etc. Thank you so much, and thank you to Chris Evans who mentioned you and had you as a guest, is never heard of you before. I'll be using this again and again and again....

I have one of those brains that never stops 'whizzing' but concentrating on your voice and my breathing with the sound of the waves has an amazing effect.
