Hi, Madeleine! I really love your workouts. But I would like to suggest, respectfully, emphasizing the end of an exercise through a sound effect so we would know when it’s time to change, maybe around “3..2..1..” Because i’ve been doing the same exercise for a minute, and since i have bad eyesight, I didn’t even notice that you’re already doing a different exercise 😅 Thank you, Madeleine!

Did this workout for 5 days a week for a month and I'm definitely surprised to see the results!! My body is visibly toned and my waist is smaller than it was a few weeks ago. Love you Madeleine ♡♡

this one was a great burn. after each move i didnt know if i could keep going but im stronger than i thought! my power has been out for a few days so i didnt have air conditioning so i didnt work out for 2 days and this was a great one to jump back into! absolutely love your stuff.

Madeleines videos will always be my favorite, always love the vibes and how well these flow. Easy enough but always work up my sweat and feel the burn even days later. Thanks girl !!!

this was an amazing and refreshing workout! it incorporated some of my favorite exercises and had multiple deep core exercises that i’ve been trying to capitalize on lately. i experienced quite the challenge, but nothing i haven’t tried before. i wasn’t as intimidated which allowed me to enjoy the workout while still feeling the burn. i was in sweat and felt very accomplished afterwards. i’ll definitely add this to my routine! :) <3
