You already know i'm about to do this. I was 220lbs a year ago (27 male), still could muscle up and handstand but let myself slip away. These workouts really work. I am hovering around 150lbs and if you are consistent you will see crazy results. You've changed my life for real, thank you.

I lift weights, workout semi regularly, never done pilates before. This was my first pilates class and oh my gosh, I'm dying. I couldn't even do everything! Definitely will be following from now on and doing more of your workouts. It's amazing how many muscles I haven't been working this whole time! Thank you for this!!

started doing this in the summer vacations which started today in 2024, and girl ive got to say ILYSM!!!!im usually lazy and grumpy in the mornings but i finally decided to force myself out of bed and do this, and i can proudly say that i have no regrets!!<3

i like to do workouts with weights and surprisingly this is much harder and makes me break sweat much earlier, pilates is not for the weak for sure

Started this pirate exercise as my beginning of the 2024, what a way to to begin a new year. I'll challenge myself to be deliberately consistent and taking responsibility for my body. Thank you so much Nicole. God bless you abundantly. 🎉😊

Starting the “January Workout Plan 2024” on January 1, 2024. Goal is to lose a little weight and get more toned.
Week 1:
Day 1: Done. It was very fun until abs came around.
Day 2: 30 Min Cardio Pilates Workout day. A little hard, I didn’t have much strength. Nicole keeps you motivated. Overall felt good.
Day 3: 30 Min Yoga Flow. Lots of stretching, little hard since I was a bit sore, but after every exercise felt way better.
Day 4: 30 Min Full Body Workout. This was a hard one because my muscles are hurting so bad, which means these workouts are working :)
Day 5:I made the rest day today instead of Sunday, since my muscles are still hurting so I am letting them to rest. I ate a little too much sugar today so I am feeling a little guilty and bad, so I am also thinking of cutting off sugar as well during this challenge. Starting again tomorrow!!
Day 6: 20 Min Morning Pilates, Full Body Workout. This is very good to do in the morning, like all of them. You feel nice after finishing the workouts. I think this feeling is going to continue to get better week after week. Tomorrow last day of the first week!
Day 7: 35 Min Dancer Pilates Workout. Last Day of January First Week Pilates Workout Plan! The workout was very fun today. It was a little hard to keep balance in some moves.
Result after Week 1:
I have not noticed any change in my body or in my weight. I feel more stretched and I wake up with no pain in my body, as well as during the day. I don’t know if it is related to pilates, but I have noticed that I don’t feel bloated after eating anymore. Tomorrow I start Week 2!
Week 2:
Day 8: 30 Min Full Body Workout. This was very hard, and I didn’t have enough strength to finish certain exercises.
Day 9: Rest Day :)

Nicole, I started watching your videos and practicing Pilates EXACTLY one year ago today and I can truly say it has changed my life. Your positive attitude and encouragement have kept me coming back to your channel every week and has had the greatest impact on me. I have never commented on youtube before in my life, but I just can't keep it to my self anymore. Nicole, you are amazing, your workouts are the highlights of my day! I just got diagnosed with IBD and had a really hard time for the past half year because I felt so weak in my body, but today was the first workout i did in the last two months, and all I can say is that I didn't feel this good physically in a long time. All I wanted to say is that keep it up because your pilates workouts are perfect and to let you know how big of a help you are!
