hii! a little bit of a different workout today as I am using both ankle weights (1pound) and hand weights (2pounds), but it is just as amazing to do without using any weights! thank you so much for joining me 🤍

Girl, this Pilates workout was everything, sometimes I naturally add 2-3 lbs of weights when doing your arm workouts, so to have a whole workout using weights made me extremely happy. This workout will be in my rotation of workouts 💕

Your workouts are the only workouts I didn't quit doing after some time and that I am actually excited to do because they are slow and I don't feel any stress☺
also, I love it when you do a voice-over like a few videos ago🥰 Also could you please post workout plans for the week regularly, each sunday for example. I would be so grateful, love your workouts!❤

I started doing these back in January-May 2023 but then I stopped and I couldn’t find the motivation all the time for it I’m back again to try and get back in to the routine again . I’ve got hope this time as I had amazing results last time and I’m hoping to get back in to shape a bit more just before my Holiday in June . I appreciate you so much thank you ❤

So happy you're doing intermidate level. I am doing a 30 minute workout of yours and its the only workout i kept on doing daily :). please keep on adding intermidate workouts with weights

I'd love a similar one with voice cues!❤ With some exercises I feel like I might be doing something wrong and then it would be helpful to know what is important when doing it
