Girl, I do NOT know how you do that last roll-up version so well! No matter how many times I practice that, I still flail around like a fish on my back. Lol. I don't know if my abs will ever be strong enough to keep my hands behind my head for that one.

I usually opt for a 30 or 40 minute workout - but don't underestimate this spicy one! Nicole never misses a moment to take an exercise to the next level with her combos which leave more than one part of your body shaking!

I was consistent with your workouts for 6 months then fell back. It’s been 2 months since I’ve done a Pilates workout and I am definitely feeling it. So glad you have these short videos so I can ease my way back to your 45 min videos. Thank you Nicole!
