I didn't even realised this is 20 minutes it went so fast and I'm a beginner and I can do all of this exercises and it actually feels like it burns its one of the best workouts I've ever tired.

i’ve been doing this workout for the last 2 weeks ( 3 times a week) and i can already see some results especially with my lower body!!! my booty looks plumper and my thighs look slimmer !! love this workout 💞

doing this workout for one month!

day 1: it was hard, but i made it wit no breaks. i had to grab a pillow though for my knees and feet, but this workout is insanely good!

Day 2: I did it guys!!! I’m very glad to be honest, because I had a very stressful day but I successfully finished this workout. It was much much easier than yesterday and (even though the ab exercises were killing me) i felt it really good. I think this is a very good video and btw I can already feel some results 🫶🏻

Day 3: was still hard but much much easier. And damn it, I can already feel my abs and woah they are insanely strong… :)

Day 4: had to do a rest day bc I had a really bad head ache

Day 5: it was much much easier and I didn’t even needed a break. So I would say this workout definitely gives me the strength I want and yeah

Day 6: It was literally soooo easy for me today and i was astunished when i saw my body, because damn... it was toned and i could see some abs there. So the pain is totally worth it :)

Day 7: rest day again bc my muscles were burningggg

day 8: finished it, and my muscles are burningg but it feels incredible good. i also realized that my booty started to grow... btw i did a brutal 6 min ab workout afterwards and whoa that felt good.

Day 8: I’m not at home I’m very sorry

Day 9: I will try to do it but I’m coming home very late… (did it)

Day 10: felt great doing it and it was so much easier

Results so far: started to feel my abs like stones and also realised that my body now looks mit like an ⏳
Would definitely recommend this workout

⭐️ this workout is ACTUALLY beginner, every other beginner workout its either too advanced for me or the timer goes to fast. However, with you, you actually let us have time to position in to the move while others don’t and they skip on to the next move.

I enjoyed MANY things about this workout:

1. I loved that you didn’t talk the whole time. I’d watch one or two of your motions, close my eyes, and enjoy the music. Most people talk the entire time and I find it both distracting and exasperating. Thank you!

2. The timer was huge. I do not like numbered countdowns at all, but that is what almost every instructor does.

3. I love that you stayed in a position for 30-45 seconds instead of switching constantly. It gave the opportunity to really feel each move.

OMG I’ve done this workout only 4 times and my hip dips are almost gone, abs are more refined, although it was very pleasurable, perfect balance between burn, rest and fun… Is this the best ever workout for beginners? Thank you so much ☺️

wow I was talking with my friend how I didn't like pilates because I didn't feel it 😭 and then just to see I searched pilates workout and found your video! omg it was sooo good. I didn't felt tired but I felt like I was doing something. so nice. I'll DEFINITELY doing this set more times in the week. thank you so much for your effort and hard work in sharing this awesome video with us 🫂💙

I’ve been doing this workout every day for a week and I love it! I notice I won’t come back to a workout video very often if I have to listen to the same things being said over and over so I really like that there isn’t much talking in this video.

I have been doing this workout for almost 3 weeks now, 6 days a week, along with cardio. and I just want to say it is absolutely amazing! it was so hard for me to do when I was starting out, but I can already see a difference in my body and it's so much easier now. I have started to do the 30 min fully body pilates workout as well, and its also fabulous! thank you for the inspiration!

doing this workout everyday until i’m satisfied :)

day 1: was suprisingly easy, loved the burn! 20 minutes went by super fast, i’ll try to update everyday!
day 2: a bit harder today, i was tired but i made it through the whole thing
day 3: i woke up looking slimmer & felt a bit sore, the fire hydrants were super hard
day 4: needed a rest day, i was super sore

Day 1: 💖 A bit confused but made it, had to look at the screen a lot. Felt the burn tho

Day 2: ⭐️ Made sure to do the exercises slowly and with control and felt more of a burn in my abs.

Day 3: 💖 Felt very sore in my legs in the morning and did the workout at night. The workout feels much more easier.

Day 4: ⭐️ Definitelty the day the workout felt the easiest. Will continue everyday.

Day 5: 💖 My waist is smaller and I can see the hourglass shape becoming more
prominent!

Day 6: ⭐️ Workout went by so easy! Added 20 push-ups at the end of every workout.

Day 7: 🎉 Went to a party so rest day!

Day 8: 💖 Still got it after my rest day and felt the heat on this one.

Day 9: ⭐️ I feel steonger and more controlled in these exercises. My legs are looking slimmer too!

Day 10: 💖 I sweated a ton during the workout because it’s summer and no ac rip but I did it yayyy

Day 11: ⭐️ My arms were feeling the burn and so were my abs. This workout doesn’t fail to give me that burn 🔥

Day 12: 💖 Went swimming today and then did this workout a few hours later. Ima try to workout in the morning instead. My waist is getting tiny but I also have to eat healthier 😀

Day 13: Taking a break cause of personal stuff but I will double the workout tomorrow plus I have a skating lesson yayyy

Day 14: ⭐️ Managed to do this workout during morning and afternoon, no progress lost! Tomorrow I will update with measurements.

Day 15: 💖 This workout went by really fast and my waist is 25 inches!

Day 16: ⭐️ I’m aiming for a 24 inch waist so hopefully I reach it soon. The weather is getting hot so I definitely felt the heat 🔥

Day 17: 💖 My abs were so sore from yesterday but I powered it through! Sometimes I fast forward the breaks to get it over with lol

Day 18: Had a bad day so didn’t workout :c

Day 19: ⭐️ Doubling the workout because I missed yesterday. Feeling so much better! Working out brings me to a better mood :DD

Day 20: 💖 I began this workout more early than usual and my abs are more noticeable!

Day 21: ⭐️ My booty is very bubbly looking omg! Also Happy July 4th everyone 🇺🇸🦅

Day 22: 💖 Did this workout a bit late at night but I did 2 sets of 20 push-ups. I’ve also been counting how many reps I do especially exercises like the fire hydrant so each leg is equal in exercise if that makes sense.

Day 23: ⭐️ Woke up late so did this workout a bit late again ahaha. I love how I feel this workout working in my abs so I hope to get a 24in waist soon c:

Day 24: 🎉 Rest day but did my stretching routine. Tomorrow I have a skating lesson and will get back to working out!

Day 25: 💖 Today I ate lots of fruits and made a smoothie bowl which I’m proud of 🥰 skating really tired me out and I didn’t have much stamina in the workout today but I felt stronger once I’m done!

Day 26: ⭐️ I’m continuing to eat more healthy and todays workout was easier than yesterday. This workout is really making my hips wider which I’m happy with c:

Day 27: 💖 Did 2 sets of 20 push-ups with this workout again! I keep doing this workout late but tomorrow I will do this in the morning for realsies

Day 28: ⭐️ Today I did my stretching routine, practiced my handstands and did this workout! I also made those strawberry cluster you guest and they’re delish 😋 After the workout I had a yummy mango smoothie bowl 🥭

Day 29: 💖 I really slept in today so I finished my stretching routine and workout in the afternoon. Plan on updating my measurements tomorrow c:

Day 30: ⭐️ Did this workout late once again so ima update my measurements tomorrow morning
-update: my waist is still the same at 25in and my hips gained half an inch

Day 31: 💖 Today I had my ice skating lesson, stretched, and worked out! This workout is literally so easy for me now :DD

Day 32: ⭐️ This is going to be my last update yall. I will continue to do this workout and I recommend it if you want that hourglass shape c: 💕

Absolutely love your workout videos and the results they give are just amazing. Would like to see a pilaties video specifically for arms. And yes you should post twice a week 🥰🥰🥰

doing this everyday until July, along with at least 5k steps a day (writing here in order to keep on doing it) in case someone wants to ask if it helps with loosing weight, I have no clue, I'm not planning on weighting myself for a few personal reasons :))

Day 1 - feel the burn on my abs, quite motivated after reading other people’s comments that it works
Day 2 - my abs are on fire, they were still hurting from day 1, but today the pain is double
Day 3- once again my abs are burning, but I'm starting to see a little bit of a difference
Day 4 - was able to complete every exercise without any need to stop, can feel the burn, but there is less pain
Day 5 - I'm actually proud of myself that I keep on going, its motivating, when it has only been 5 days and I can already see some of the results (my hands are getting slimmer, abs are starting to get a little bit visible)
Day 6 - I don't know why, but today it was a bit harder for me to complete the exercises but I did it and I'm proud of myself
Day 7 - I had no energy today, so this workout was not easy, I think I might take a break on day 8, to let my muscles rest for a day
Day 8 - skipped to allow my muscles to rest after doing this for a week
Day 9 - did it, it was easier than on day 7, that means, that the rest I took on day 8 was very much needed
Days 10-12 - I got really sick, so I had to skip these days
Day 13 - damnn, you skip few days, and the burn is insaaane, but overall, it's good to be back to doing this workout, I feel so much better after it
Day 14 - I can't believe it has been 2 weeks already and I am still going, I guess what motivates me is the fact, that you can really see the results (my waist getting smaller, thighs too)
Day 15 - I don't get this workout, it does not get any easier! But I still love it so much, you feel the burn and you feel great too :))
Day 16 - Really didn't have the motivation to do it, but still did it, I don't know why, but it was hard today
Day 17 - did it!
Day 18 - Finally the exercises became a little bit easier to do, but I still sweat quite a lot! Started noticing my stomach getting flatter, arms slimmer
Day 19 - muscles rest day
Day 20 - The burn is real, I don't feel as much pain as I did before, but I am still sweating like crazy
Day 21 - Did it
