83 days ago I had a bilateral mastectomy to remove breast cancer. I have SLOWlY worked my way back to my former strength and flexibility. I can now do this complete video. 🎉 Surgery #2 is in two days, and I will go back to limitations for a while. But I am so happy that you have standing workouts and other tools that I can modify on my road to recovery. Nicole, my life is better for your work! Immeasurable gratitude sent your way.

What can I say? Your workouts are amazing. Please include a wrist friendly one here and there. I am able to modify for myself but just wanted to speak up.for those of us with weak or painful wrists.

I love these shorter 20-30 pilates workout videos you make!! They are what have helped me have such a consistent workout routine these past few years and really fall in love with pilates!! It's amazing how much stronger I feel myself getting and how I am able to push myself harder in these workouts than before!! Your voice is always so calming and allows me to feel at ease and peaceful while still out of breath hahha. Definitely feel ENERGIZED! I just wanted to say that I have always had a very complicated relationship with working out- I always felt mentally drained after going to the gym and I was always anxious working out around so many other people and felt like I wasn’t being in the moment, but I forced myself to go anyway and over time I just loathed working out. I was never able to find a consistency because of this and felt very discouraged. I looked a lot on exercise apps and online, but wasn’t able to find anyone I connected with until I found your YouTube channel! this completely changed everything and I actually felt ENERGIZED and had a boosted mood after doing your workouts. It’s been a few months since I started your workouts and since then, I’ve noticed my attitude towards working out is infinitely better and I have been able to incorporate these workouts into a routine that I actually look forward to and have fun doing! a feeling I never had before.
