I pulled this up and did not read that it was intermediate until maybe halfway through lol. That was definitely a workout!! I couldn't go on my walk today and this was the perfect remedy for my restlessness! I'm absolutely coming back to this!
I also loved the dog inclusion

I’ve not checked my weight but I’ve checked it a week before it was around 55.5ish and in this week I’ve had junk food I’ll be doing this for straight one week with another 20min cardio and I’ll be cutting junk and sugars And I’ll post my weight on day 7 and I’ll be measuring my waist I’ll keep y’all posted

1:00 - walking mooch
4:42 - mooching sniff with tail wag
5:00 - recover
6:14 - standing smooch with toe licks
12:17 - chair leap with sniff and dismount
14:14 - teddy bear carry with running fetch - (how cute is that?)
18:55 - ambushed face lick with chair leap, stretch and dismount

Really enjoyed this effective workout. So glad that it didn’t involve lots of exercises on knees because I have bad knees and it hurts when I kneel. Would love to see more like these!

Awesome! Have done almost all of your workouts! I personally have an issue with the fact that there is no sound when you switch legs during a set. Sometimes I missed that and was confused that we never went back to the other side.

Thank you so much for this new hourglass Pilates workout.
In 2024, I resolved to work out 45 mins/day. I chose your Pilates workout 2 episodes balance of 45 minutes, I don’t care about your ads because they rest me during my workout. On other days I use a mini steeper for 45 minutes same as your routine exercise by walking and Pilates.❤❤❤
