thank you so much for posting these workout videos lidia! <3 i have been doing these videos daily for almost a month now and the results are fabulous!

if you guys are wondering on how to get results, here are some tips <3

>don’t push hard every single day, unless you are ready, take your time and find what makes you more comfortable- experiment a little bit! (Everyone is different)

(a reminder that you are beautiful just the way you are 🤗💅🏼)

>it is okay to take breaks if you feel unmotivated/tired! You can even just take a walk outside to get some fresh air and move your legs.

>find a good sleep routine to follow, this is key to have good energy for the long day ahead of you.

>pick water over unhealthy, sugary drinks. it is the same with food, although it is totally fine to eat/drink unhealthy once in a while, you should never feel like you should limit yourself! <3

>if you can’t do a pilates move the first time you see it, don’t worry, be patient with yourself!

>don’t go on social media to compare yourself to models/influencers, most use filters/special lighting. our bodies are all unique in their own way.

seeing results may take a while, but i believe in you! you are strong and capable. luv u boo <3
