I loved this! I've been focusing way too much on physical results (calories burned, etc) and this really grounded me. I didn't wear my apple watch to track my progress, and I'm using my intuition as a means of measurement. I feel so good and happy. This morning was really crappy for me, but this helped me feel better.

This is my first video of yourse. I really liked how little I had to modify because I have back issues. I will be back. Hopefully, when I get in better shape, I won't have to modify the plank with leg extension.

I didn’t remember that we typically have to do two series of the cycle, my heart sang a desperate song, when you said, let’s do it all again. But you know what, I feel more energized and warm, and stretched out than before I started, so it was great. Thank you so much for sharing your talents.
