This is my first time doing pilates and I think I prefer it over normal workouts, It's slow paces but still burns, and the movements feel elegant.

i’ve been doing this challenge for 4 weeks now, just repeating the cycle. i’ve taken some rest days, but i make sure to always do the exercises i miss another time. i’ve seen and felt a drastic change in my body, im healthier and i look better. before starting this challenge, i couldn’t even do a pull-up which was my main motivation for this. i wanted to be able to do a pull up, and yesterday i was able to! these workout’s definitely help you get stronger, build your endurance, and tone your body so so so good. 10000/10 recommend, stay consistent!!

it’s the first time i’ve been able to finish a workout without any extra breaks !! definitely felt the burn, best workout for lazy people like me 😭😭🙏🏻

I've only been doing pilates for a week, but it's become such a feel-good pill for me. I feel so awesome after every single workout, it manages to calm me down and kick my ass at the same time. And this channel is such a safe space!
If anyone here is contemplating whether to start or not - do it, it's so worth it and you'll feel better afterwards

I also feel more toned and starting the day with exercise helped me get more productive

update after 8 months (I didn't realise so long has passed lol): I still love doing pilates (not every day though) and I noticed a huge difference in both my body and my mind, as exercising helped me so much with managing stress and it really improved my mental health in general.
if you're wondering wether you should do it or not, believe me it's worth it!!!

I have to say, I was very hesitant if these workouts would work for me. But after doing her pilates challenges (and other videos that are not in challenges) I lost 4 kg in two weeks! I was only doing 1 video per day, which is 15-30 min max and saw great results. I have to say that including fiber in your diet and eating balanced meals is also the key! And stay hydrated!
I am a full time college student in her masters and have a job, so these short workouts are a lifesaver for me. Thank you so much for these exercises

I have to say, I surprised myself! Somehow I managed to get through the whole workout and I haven’t worked out in years. It is begginer friendly, yet I was still dripping sweat. I feel amazing, thank You for this💜

Идеально подобран музыка, нет лишних комментариев, везде есть чёткий таймер, задействованы все части тела и самое главное, все упражнения плавные и медленные, при этом чувствуются все мышцы
Я даже не заметила, как прошло 20 минут, хотя обычно часто смотрю на время и жду, когда же тренировка кончится
Уже хочется переступить ко 2 дню

the leg exercises at 7:47 nearly killed me but this workout is soooo good i felt the burn

The movements were so enjoyable that I caught myself focusing on my technique and my breathing, thoroughly enjoying the movement, instead of focusing on getting as many reps as possible or feeling the burn. You're great, and it's a fantastic video. Thank you so much! xx

First week

☆ day one : i felt a little tired during the exercises but didn't hurt or felt that bad after doing it. I didn't did as perfectly as her, did some little mistakes.

☆ day two : technically is not d-2, since i did the exercises at midnight. I don't want to have slim thighs, i'm really comfortable and happy with the size of my thighs, i'm just gonna do the d-1 exercises again💌

☆ day three : it was kinda hurtful because of the last exercises, but really liked doing them!🖤

☆ day four : omg i love it sm! It was my favorite day since i started. I really loved doing the exercises and it was so fun! It was so short btw😔

☆ day five : did the same thing as the day 2, so it's technically not day 4. Felt pain while doing the exercises, but didn't hurt at all and didn't felt tired after finishing the d-5. Love it!

☆ day six : absolutely love it! It was so calm yet fun to do. My arms are hurting a little but is nothing that can stop me. It definitely was one my favorite days along with D-4. Felt really short too😔

☆ day seven : I just finished the first week of the challenge! I can notice that my swelling has gone down and I feel a little less tired after finishing the exercises. I loved it and I'm excited to start the second week! 🌸

☆ second week : the second week has officially ended! I realy love it and i'm feeling really happy and good doing the exercises, sometimes i did other exercises apart from the seven days challenge too, and it's been absolutely amazing and i'm proud of myself for not giving up any moment. (I'm gonna start doing weekly updates because it's better for me.) i really love your videos💌

I'm absolutely obsessed with your videos and absolutely loving this 7-day challenge! Your workouts have not only gotten me active but, more importantly, they've helped in healing my relationship with exercise. Throughout my entire life, I used to work out solely for the purpose of losing weight. It often left me feeling defeated when I didn't see the results I desired, which made me lose sight of the true health of my body. However, your workouts are incredibly easy to follow, and the best part is that they've helped me feel stronger, boosting my overall body positivity. They've created this beautiful space for me to embrace exercise in a positive and empowering light. It's been about 3 months since I started doing your workouts, and let me tell you, I have no intention of stopping anytime soon! 🥰❤

I am gonna do these work outs for a week! I’ll come back and update!
Day 1: ran 20 minutes + day one workout complete (I loved it! Wasn’t too hard but still burns.)
Day 2: ran 20 minutes + day two workout completed! (I tend to like full body workouts more but this one still burned! Definitely good if you wanna target your legs)
Day 3: ran 50 minutes + day three workout complete!! (Oh my goodness my glutes were dying, best booty workout!! Burned and was awesome)
Day 4: 15k steps + day four workout complete! (This one burnedddd but it was pretty good, and I did it at 7 am so I’m glad it was shorter 😭)

So I tried this 1 week challenge and definitely recommend this one! I had belly and was shy to wear slim things, but now I feel more comfortable and confident, because this challenge changed my body ( belly and legs ) it's much slimmer. Workout is easy, also you can find 10-20 min in day to do it! I hope my comment helped you! Thanks

I love your workouts so much! Ive been doing the pilates ones for about a month now and I can see my abs and body is so much more toned than before starting these workouts!
