This one was rough. I havent worked out in over a month and my smart brain thought, 20 mins isnt that long. I've been sore for 2 days. I'm on my 3rd day now and i think I'm ready for the 30 minute pilates video. To everyone else who made it through, good job! 👍🏻 Don't be afraid to make modifications too or take more breaks than on the video. No shame in that! 🎉

As a 49 year old fit man I think these are crucial to an overall regiment especially for the guys. This is a challenging workout especially legs and shoulders and helps with my lower back issues tremendously. Thank you for hosting this routine I do it twice a week along with your others and they are awesome. Stay safe everyone

This was a true challenge for me. On the ab section (beggining circuit), my upper thighs felt it more so than abs. I can hold a plank for a long time so I think it’s just my legs on these particular ab moves (?). On the lunge section, I felt good burn (love this); and after all circuits, that stretch was excellent. Thanks Anna! ❤❤❤
