day 9 : period day 4 : did a lot of running and went outdoors
day 10 : overslept so i had no motivation to start again oh my god why is it so hard to workout again after your periodsss

I don’t usually leave comments on YouTube videos but it would be wrong to not acknowledge how amazing your videos are. I have been trying to lose weight and tone my body by walking 5 miles at least 3 times a week, with weights. After a year I have dropped some weight but I haven’t seen the results I have been looking for, that is until I started your videos about a month ago. Doing some variations of your videos 5-6 times a week has changed my body more in one month than the year of walking. Not only that but I actually enjoy doing your videos, and this comes from somebody that does not like exercise, lol. I find it’s good for my mind and my body. Not only am I starting to tone up but I am also getting stronger. Your videos were my first experience with Pilates so I couldn’t always do all of the movements but I’m getting stronger and able to almost keep up with you now…..I’m just not quite as graceful ❤. Thank you for all of your hard work and guidance, Nicole. You are generous with your time and knowledge but it is definitely appreciated!

This made me sweat sooo much! I’m really glad I switched from workouts to Pilates because I think it’s actually really intense but because of the stretches in between, I have enough energy to pull through a whole video ☺️ Also, this video is very great and i feel so good now, so thank you! 💗

Loved it! I can finally do intermediate like a boss because I’ve been doing your work outs for 3 months now 🤗
This gives me enough time to work out, have a quick shower, and have lunch all on my hour lunch break from work 💕💕💕💕
