The pacing of this workout was perfect for someone who hasn’t worked out in way too long! Slow paced enough for you to keep up and feel relaxed but challenging enough where you actually feel the burn, I‘m so glad I came across your video! Not a big fan of high intensity and fast paced workouts so this was perfect ❤

Im 61 years old. Have not exercised in many years. I dont like gyms. I came across this video. I gave it a go. It was a struggle for me but I managed to attempt all the moves if not as long as I should but I feel this instruction is doable and something I can fit in daily.
Thanks to Issa for simple ans encouraging start to my pilates journey. 🙏❤

Im an overweight girl, trying to do little exercise to train my body and change my habit into a more healthy lifestyle. I've tried beginner pilates but lost my spirit to do it. But then, I realized that I really need to change, and through this small change, I watch your video and try to do exercise with your video. As an overweight beginner student, I have given up often getting frustrated with what the most instructors claim to be beginner friendly. But this had me engaged, challenged and eager to get stronger so I can eventually do all of these with max potential. Loved this class.

Honestly she is one of the best instructors I’ve seen. Years ago I used to teach Pilates and life happened. I am just now getting back into it and I love her energy. I was surrounded by people teaching too. Thank you for putting the good vibes out along with the great class!

This is a marvelous workout. I’m 48 years old, work in two physically demanding jobs, and it’s workouts like this that prevent me from injuring my back. Do what Issa says - you won’t regret it

I'm going through a very painful breakup and decided to start doing Pilates again to get my body and mind connection going again. I really appreciated the gentleness, encouragement, and the fun nature of your guidance. You made sure to acknowledge those who may need variations throughout the video, and your fun sound effects while holding poses helped me lock in and focus instead of letting my mind wander and get bored. This flow was truly one with beginners in mind, and I felt how intentional you were in making sure the person following along feels like they have a friend rooting for them while instructing them.
