The 10 min core workout will strengthen not only your abs and core, but your spine, rhomboids, lats, traps, core, quads, glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, and triceps as well. If you're going to repeat one ab workout on a weekly basis – this one will give you the best results for the time. This is part of our 6 Pack Starter Series.

The secret to six pack abs is good nutrition combined with a caloric deficit diet and exercise. You can do lower ab exercises every day, but if you're not putting the same effort into your nutrition then you'll have a difficult time shedding enough body fat to reveal your abs.

⏱️ Intervals: 50 Seconds work, 10 seconds rest

Weird question for you, Dan, what kind of shorts are you wearing for this workout? I struggle to find good workout shorts.
