Anyone doing this workout should try and do Frank’s 10 minute fat burning workout straight afterwards it is bloody awesome and you feel fantastic after you do both of these workouts. Cheers Frank you are inspirational bro.

Been using this for a year and it's a great workout routine but now ad's have started popping up in the middle of it? You deserve the add don't get me wrong but right in the middle of a workout is kinda ridiculous

I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks. 3 rounds. It’s brutal, but my abs are stronger and I’m seeing results quickly. Diet is an EXTREMELY important part of success. Thank you for sharing.

This has been my go-to quarantine ab video. I've been doing it about twice a week and I'm already starting to see my 6-pack. I like how this video has a stopwatch versus a timer. Timers make me feel like I'm suffering for longer lol. The only thing I would suggest is having longer transition periods between the workouts. There's not enough time to get into the next position.

Love it. I was able to do 2 sets of your workout that I incorporated into my workout. I was only able to do 1 set in the beginning of the year.
