We love a good 10-minute ab workout! Why? Because you can literally squeeze it in at any time of the day - warm up, cool down, during your (work) break, in the morning after waking up to get moving or in the evening to end your day with some extra released endorphins..you can never go wrong! I love how she actually makes effort to control her muscles instead of just flapping her limbs around using momentum 👍

my progress!!
day 1: i was burning everywhere i coulden't even bend to get something i also didnt complete the work out fully because i was dying
day 2: It was harder i only managed to do half of the video
day 3: It got better i stopped around 7 mins
day 4: i didnt have visible abs but i was less bloated than usual
day 5: still only made half workout
day 6: managed to get to 8 Mins
day 7: still no abs but more toned than i was in day 1
After two weeks of doing the work out 3 times a week: i dont have a six pack but i do have abs i managed to complete the workout and i feel less insecure

I almost gave up during the plank at the end, but I reminded myself that the pain was all in my head, and I made it to the end. So proud of myself☺️

This is the best ab routine video I’ve found yet!! I love the pacing and control… also, after doing this a couple of times I went back to my other videos and the others became way easier. So this here is the key to building a strong and resilient core! 🔥❤️

Looove it!! Exactly what I needed quite hard with no rest and even plank modification that made me feel my abs when doing it . Normally it’s just relaxing for me to stay in a plank for a minute. Here from the begging to the end just all the very nice exercises . Thank you 🙏

Ah, this was nice & spicy 🌶 🔥!
Once again, Sophie proves why she has the best ab exercises! Your routines are tolerable but still challenging and super effective! I always see the results immediately after doing them. This really tightened and burned my midsection. I will certainly be adding this to my routine of daily core work.
