I've completed this video a few times now. I have weak back muscles and was told to pay extra attention to strengthening my core muscles. This video is definitely helping - I was able to hold the positions a lot longer than previous tries. My favorite part of the video is how calming Maddie's voice is. It's like being in a yoga class. I'm able to relax and really focus on engaging my core. 😋

I love how your videos are physically challenging but so calm and nice to look at. I can feel myself gradually getting stronger with your videos and I'm so grateful for all your content. I still have to modify to versions even easier than the ones you offer though🥲And seconding some other comments, I love no repeat quick workouts like this!
