Sarah, the idea that an entire universe resides us is something that keeps me growing everyday. The idea of Maya (unnecessary spaces) unlifting as I shift my poses make so much sense with that soothing voice of yours. The first thing I do in the morning is stretch to your soothing voice but today I felt so loved that I cried. Thank you for connecting us with an emotion we're uncomfortable talking about loud. I can't believe trauma accepting could make me so much better than I was before. Can't thank you enough for being so amazing ❤️ loads of love

I felt good after this.

Even if I've been past the stress and trauma this was still a wonderful cool down practice as well. I did this after work. I love being able to not look at the TV and listen to your voice as I go through the poses ❤

I cried at the end about the lifting of mya (I'm not sure how it's spelt), the veil. How beautiful to be connected to everyone and everything. This was such a beautiful release. Thank you 🙏🙏💜💜

This came at the perfect time. I saw the video and while on the bus going to work and watched it even though I couldn't actually practice it. It felt good to walk through the process ❤ I will be doing this daily until this coming weekend where I'll be spending it with my niece and share this with her. Thank you 🙏🏼

Thank you for these videos targeting anxiety, trauma, strong emotions, etc, with the spoken narration it really helps as well because usually I cry while I'm doing yoga because I usually only do yoga when I am really stressed. The narration really helps me and guides the emotion out so I can cry it out in a healthy way while doing yoga. Thank you for doing these videos, it makes it feel comforting to release emotions while doing yoga.

Hi Sarah Beth. Thank you for another wonderful practice. I usually practice Yoga with you six days a week, but these past two weeks have been very challenging for me personally and professionally. I haven't been consistent with my exercise and yoga since I have the feeling of being overwhelmed. I finally had an opportunity today (12 am) to follow this video, and it was just what I needed. My challenges look like they will settle for me at the end of the week, and I should be back on track next week. Sarah Beth, you have been amazing to me, and I will always appreciate you and your yoga practice.
