These are just a few of my favorite yoga poses for a quick and easy flow if you don’t have much time but are in need of a body stretch. The focus will be on a guided three part breath.

Just a friendly Disclaimer: I am not at all a professional, nor do I have any type of flexibility. (I have taken only dance classes and online yoga classes) So this is purely my favorite yoga poses, very much beginner style yoga. Hope you enjoy it and can find your calm.
