Today I am sharing a 5 minute bedtime yoga practice to release tension and stress. It's a great way to end your day and release muscle tension and stress.

If you are feeling stiff and sore then this is the perfect bedtime yoga routine for you. It's beginner friendly and a great way to relax and end your day.

I do feel some effect, but the overall pace was a little too dynamic for me to calm down before bed 😅 I felt kind of rushed through the sequence with little time to let the benefits of each pose sink in.
Thank you for your time and energy though 🙏

Very nice stretches, just a bit too fast paced. Maybe hold poses a bit more to make it more relaxing. 😊

I’ve decided to create a little home workout routine throughout my day to hopefully help me get in shape and feel comfortable in my body and this is the perfect end to my day!

I love this video I normally stretch/do yoga for 20-30 minuites before bed. On some days I get a late start or am really tired but, still want to do yoga/stretching before bed, to keep up the routine but not for too long. This is the perfect video for that!
