Let's have fun with this easy to follow 20 minute walking workout! During this workout I walked just over 1 mile and 1800 steps! All moves are low impact, osteoporosis friendly, and knee friendly, no jumping!
This quick workout is a great way to increase your heart rate and lower your blood sugar. It's the perfect after dinner walk or just when you need a little energy boost.
Exercises are set to a 60 second timer with 20 seconds between each move to walk in place and preview the next exercise. I hope you love this workout and most importantly, have FUN!

Sometimes I get stuck in the mindset that 20 minutes isn't enough of a workout but this reminded me that any amount of movement is great and just having fun and lifting your spirits is wonderful no matter how long you workout for! Not every workout has to be super intense or long that's why I love your channel, there is such a nice mix of styles and lengths so thank you 😊

I appreciate having the timer. It takes me about 30 seconds to figure out the move and then 30 seconds to have fun with it!! 😂 Thanks for another great week of workouts. I’m so glad I found your channel!! ❤ I am in the best shape since high school and that was 35 years ago 😂😂😂

I usually walk about 2 miles with my dog. Sometimes I only feel like about a mile, then do something in the house to make up the other mile. This is perfect! Thank you.
