I’ve been doing these videos since I was 19- I’m almost 42 now! I remember having them on VHS tapes. My favorite work out ever!

This workout along with intermittent fasting has made me the healthiest and slimmest I’ve been in over 30 years. I’m 58 and 122 pounds.
I’m no longer prediabetic, and all of my lipid levels are within normal limits. Win! Win!! 😀😀

I'm an 18 year old highschool student who doesn't have a lot of activity in my schedule. This is the 3rd on of these videos I've done and I love it. It's a good workout and it's fun to see everyone communicate with each other and enjoy the walks. I believe everyone should be doing these!

Leslie Sansone is an OG. She has been in this fitness game for YEARS. And I've always loved the simplicity of her workouts. And her energy and laugh are unmatched! I just started doing these walking workouts as supplements to the workouts I already do when I need to add more steps!

Just finished this, love it. I'm 32 years old and was just diagnosed with high cholesterol and blood pressure, as well as dealing with anxiety issues, so I'm trying to get more active each day to make me healthier all around

Much much love! It's so nice when you upload new videos. I started walking with you back in February 2018 and lost 100 pounds a year later! I just want to say thanks a million for changing my life for the better! It is now February 2020 and I am, now, on my 2nd weight loss journey and I am still walking. I did this 5 days per week combined with only 12 hours of intermittent fasting.
I lost 2 pounds in 1 month. This is very sustainable.
