This 15 min 1 mile walk can be done at home for improved health benefits. It's a short enough workout that it can be done at any time of the day. It's also a great workout for using after meals to lower blood sugars. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. I like this one for my after Supper walk. I eat Supper at 5:00 pm. I don’t eat anything else until 5:00 am. We older folks call Dinner Supper in Alabama.😅 As a young girl Dinner was lunch. It was a big meal because we worked the farm. Today I eat lunch not Dinner😅😅 I enjoy these videos with no talking. I can just listen to the music and follow along. It makes my happy like I’m dancing instead of exercising. I’m going to be 75 this month. I will celebrate my commitment to be healthy as I can. I am worth it.🎉🎉🎉

I enjoyed a two-day getaway with good friends, eating good food, and sharing good conversation! Not much sleep...but that's OK, there's always time to catch up on sleep and never enough time to be with good friends! So, getting back into it today. I'll do battle with The Squat Monster...tomorrow.
