I started WAh in September. I do an hour every weekend without fail. I weighed 150lb 3 months ago and now I'm down to 139lb. I love you guys❤

WOW..This is all I can say is wow..Huge wow..I have tried every single walk routine out there..And this one actually made me feel like my entire body felt the positive impact. I feel like I truly worked out ..The music is so motivating and the group so energetic and positive..for the record, I am a 62 year old woman who always walked but due to arthritis has a very hard time on my outdoor hikes..This program brought me back to what I love doing the most...THANK YOU :) 🎊♥🎉🥰

Hi Celine and team, over the pond in England here and have been doing your video for 3 wks now....i love it!. I used to be a hard core fitness person doing kick boxing and running 7.5 miles each day but unfortunately i have terrible pain from osteoarthritis in my lower back these days. I jog most of your video to increase cardio but love the 'team spirit' from you and the gang. Thanks for the post❤x

I can't tell you how amazing of an idea this is. I've developed agoraphobia and struggle to leave my home. I know getting out and walking would make a world of difference, but I don't live in a safe area. Thank you so much for sharing this. This would benefit so many elderly and others that are homebound for whatever reasons.

This was such a fun group! The leader was energetic and motivating and the co- instructors added a nice touch with their banter and input. Would love to see more workouts by this group!

I really loved walking with Leslie. When i was in shape 😂 i loved walking with Rocky. I decided to try this vid because of the girl's smile. Heckin good workout and it is still doable for a not as fit as i used to be 56 year old. I am going to get the app! I really like the banter too. I should have slowed the warm up down some tho.
