Here we are making walking at home fun and effective! This is yet another one of my walking workouts that I've heard you've been really enjoying!
This one is best for boosting your mood, as your body tells your brain that you are confident and strong with these BIG moves!
This workout is fast paced, so it will keep your heart rate elevated and get you SWEATY! Make sure to hydrate as much as you can, as it will help you have energy during and after your workout and will also help you recover for your next workout!

1.Walk on the spot
2.Standing Jacks
3.Disco punches
4.Side step + arm flappers
5.Confidence move
6.Side step + raise the roof
7.Walking Toe reach + Knee up
9. Corners
10. Opposite corners
11. Side to side Rainbow Clap
12.Boxer pouches (jab cross uppercut)
13.Punch down + leg tap out
14.Standing side ball slams
15.Side shuffles
