In 2019 I was extremely overweight and couldn't even walk a mile with out huffing and puffing. This very video is what introduced me in to exercising. 4yrs later I am 100lbs down and I consider walking a mile easy. I since have moved on to other exercise instructors but I just started using your exercise videos again. So wherever you are starting at don't lose faith. Just put on foot in front of the other. I always recommend these videos to people.

I'm severely obese and out of shape, but I made the decision to start exercising. I barely made it through this video and in a few parts all I could do was walk, but I did it! I'm so proud of myself. I'll be doing this again tomorrow

Im 65 and have been doing these workouts for years. I like that the people are all ages and are dressed in regular workout clothes and not skimpy outfits. I enjoy Leslie and Nick as well. Thanks guys.

It took to Covid-19, my eating at my remote desk and being called obese by my Dr. to do something about all my health issues. Thank you daughters for the jump start. I love walking.

I really wish I found her sooner. She makes me enjoy doing what I use to think was a chore! I've lost 36lbs since February with doing her workouts and eating healthier!!! Walk from Home will forever stay in my life ❤

Like seriously this is the best workout video. It doesn't even feel like a 15 min workout! This is such a blessing to me and (as someone else mentioned) it doesn't have men and women trying to flaunt and attract the wrong attention. I smile every time I watch.

This has become my everyday routine and as a 62 year old man who doesn't really exercise a lot, this helps to keep
me flexible and my muscles feeling great. And the 15 minute walk seems to be just enough and I can do this in my
own living room without having to go outside in the elements or worry about dogs chasing after me. Ha!
Thanks to the walking team for our walk everyday. You have become my walking family.

Update: I’m now 40 days into doing Leslie’s Walks at Home. This is still my favourite mile. I love when she says “Your head will feel good!”... and she’s telling the truth! I was having such a rough time when I found this video, and now, 40 days later, I’ve lost 15lbs and I’m feeling so much stronger and more in control of my life. The first day I tried this, I could barely make it through 3 minutes of exercise - now I can do 45min+ and feel great when I’m done. Thank you so much for making these videos available on YouTube, Leslie. You’ve changed my life more than words can even express.

I just did this not once but twice. Hurt a lot the first time cuz 1) I have fibromyalgia and hip problems, 2) I am extremely out of shape and haven’t exercised in years and 3) I am nine months post partum and my body is still holding on to extra weight in the midsection. But 10 mins after I finished, the body high kicked in and I was able to do the walk again. Thanks Leslie!

Age is just a number when it comes to working out! I'm 11 and have been doing this and sometimes the 2 mile walk videos every day and I am definitely more fit. Thank you Leslie!!!

I'm 73 and love these videos. I love that I can go at my own pace and when I can't do something I just go back to walking and keep moving.
