Not only was this a great start to my morning but it put a huge smile on my face because the music just transported me back instantly to the music of the 24 DJs yesterday in the Paralympic Games Closing Ceremony and how many messages those athletes sent to the world about never giving up when adversity tries to smack you down. Such a great workout! I love the 15 second intervals!!! I used some weights and did this workout twice to get me 30 mins of cardio and I feel fantastic! Thank you so much! Please keep these videos coming!

Love your exercises. It is funny as someone with POTS to see an exercise described as "getting you to 140 bpm" when that's just standing for me lol

Hi Jules, thank you for another great work out. Started it last night after dinner and repeated tonight. I really enjoyed the interval timing with jogging between the exercises. And the arm boxing movements really made me feel strong. I could not believe how fast the time went by and felt so energized after the workout. Thank you for all you do to help me reach my goals❤️.
