Welcome to DAY 2 of 30 Day Morning Yoga Challenge! Start your day off right with this simple 10 minute morning yoga stretch. We will do a lot of circular movements in this practice that feel especially good on the joints. This is one of my favorite ways to start my own yoga practice when I don't really know which direction to go. I just start with some circles - moving head, shoulders, wrists, hips and ankles in circles - notice which parts of the body feel stiff or tense and need a bit more attention on a particular day, then I just continue my practice choosing the postures that feel good on these areas.

I actually have some VERY mild double scoliosis and I have to stretch to keep my muscles loose and everything working normally to avoid stiffness in my back. I stumbled upon your night-time videos at first and really liked them, then found your 30 day morning challenge. These last 2 days have been so awesome and helpful for me. I haven’t stretched in a couple of years and wanted something relaxing, easy to do, and fun. You nailed it with these videos! Thank you! 💛🤩
