We liked the splits in the air, warrior pose, the dancer and the end part where it is very relaxed. We are a mom with her 15 and 13 year old daughters. We did this together. Thank you!

Loved this! The easier beginning to warm up, the more intense middle part and then the difficult end with the dancer and splits. Very nice

Honestly this is my new favorite yoga channel. After days of kickboxing training, this class was perfect to reset my body and especially my breathing. I love how I feel like I got a workout in but my mind and body are also settled. Thanks Sarah Beth!

Doing this routine every day this week. İt's my first time doing yoga every day and every day it's feels more AMAZİNG. I've tried a lot of YouTube yoga and this one is a great combo of poses. Puppy dog is great.

Good morning, hope you're all well :)

Just did this practice first thing in the morning and I'm awake now :D
For some reason the fact that it's an intermediate practice passed me completely so I was mildly surprised.
It was a nice challenge and now I'm feeling warm and energised.

There is such release and freedom in the feeling I get when going “cactus” in exhaling. It’s great. It’s my favourite move in this routine and I’m glad it’s done more than once. But the entire 20 minute program is great - truly feeling full body - even if my body finds it a bit fast at times.

I’ve been following your yoga flow videos for about 2 weeks now and am really loving the way you help me understand each pose by talking us through the movements (which muscles I need to open up or reminders on keeping my back straight in forward folds etc.). Your teaching has definitely corrected a lot of my poses, thank you!

That was amazing! I am 35, I have been doing yoga since I was 16, and even face-to-face power yoga classes have rarely challenged in the way this quick routine did. The first two times that I did this routine, I could not hold the dancer or even switch the skandasana without falling over. But today, I could successfully hold the poses and find my balance. And the feeling is incredible!! Thank you so much :D

Hyperventilating less than half way through trying to keep up with your pace. When I slowed playback speed to half, I could finally breathe deeply through the poses and no hyperventilate or injure my body (trying to keep up). Thank you, YouTube, for adjustable playback speeds!!
