Welcome to your 20 min daily yoga flow. This class is great for all levels and focuses on the essential postures to build strength and improve your mobility in a mindful way.

This full body sequence includes options to suit all levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to every day.

The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, standing balances and twists. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

This video is so helpful! I've been looking for a way to get more exercise into my routine, and this video is perfect. I just started your classes and I love it. You’re so graceful with every movement and I’m striving to be more like that - I’ve always been that hyper girl who lurches out of nowhere and is the tornado dropping and tripping. Since 23(16 years) I’ve been seriously working on it. And now I’m able to hold still. Extended side Angle both arms forward - feels good to do both sides
