hello! this is a bit personal, but i want to share with you because you’ve had a huge impact on my life! i’ve been in recovery for bulimia nervosa since last august, and in the past 4 months I have been using your yoga videos. working out is now a positive thing for me rather than punishment because of the way you flow and speak and I have become a new lil yogi- learning to love my body more (and shoutout to therapy). it’s been incredibly helpful that I have almost the same exact body as you and seeing you be so graceful and do incredible poses makes me appreciate my own body more. much love xoxo.

I’m 54 years old. So frankly most of your yoga sessions are challenging for me. Regardless, I loved the beautiful flows and the background scenery/music you presented to us. I did what I could and enjoyed practicing with you. Namaste 🙏

Life has created a little break in my practice and this felt harder than I had expected! Vacation, was sick for a couple of weeks, the holidays. But I loved this practice and will return to it as I regain my strength, balance, flexibility. Your practice is a beautiful practice for my mind most of all. Thank you for sharing, as always!

THIS LOOKS LIKE HEAVEEEENNN, just me imagining doing this after my 6 hours online courses and additional 6 hours of studying... As you can see too much time stressing and not moving much, IS MAKING ME VERY EXCITING TO WRAP UP MY DAY AND JOIN YOU ON THE MAT.

Finally, some yoga without upbeat music! I love upbeat music when I'm doing other workouts, but find it very annoying and distracting when I'm practicing yoga and working to reconnect. THANK YOU!

Thank you so much for this beautiful practice! Thank you for doing more 20 min flows that are about reconnecting and feel so grounding, I have personally been needing practices such as these.

Life has been rough, as I'm sure it has been for many of us during these times and the reminder that I've got myself, that Mother Earth and the Universe havent forsaken me, I just haven't let myself feel that energy. I've been so much I my head with worry and anguish that my energy has been stuck and trapped. This flow helped me get that energy flowing again and surround myself with love and genuine peace.
