Welcome, thank you so much for joining my in this 20 minute vinyasa flow yoga class for flexibility. This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good. We'll have a mix of seated and standing poses to stretch our your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back muscles. You should feel really good by the end.

Looking for a class you can do every day to increase your flexibility and stretch your entire body? This is it! Ideal for those of you who are short on time but want a well rounded full body practice.

No props are required so when you're ready, just meet me on your mat and let's flow together!

I want to thank everyone for your kind words of support with Cleo's passing. It's been a hard week but I'm doing better. I filmed this class a few weeks before she died and have found it hard to get in front of the camera again, but I'm going to try and create a fall equinox flow for you for next week. this was seriously one of the best yoga videos i have ever followed… you explained everything amazingly, i feel like i learned how to feel the poses even deeper than before! the side lunge stretch & eagle arms pose were definitely my top favs:) thanks for the video!!!! keep it up!🩷

i started going to the gym like 4 months ago and i always use your videos to warm up, along side doing them as often as i can at home, and this is thw first time ive been able to complete an intermediate course (with some pwrsonal alterations to be a bit easier) without having to take a break. I love your videos, they make me feel wonderful and i reccomend them to the people around me. thank you for being a part of guiding me to a better self <3

Good morning, I try to practice 20 minutes everyday, some days I can only practice for 5 mins, no matter how long I step on to the mat for I feel great when I step off thank you Kassandra I appreciate your classes. 🙏🏽
