I hope you enjoy this new Full Body Barre & Pilates Workout. All you need is a mat and a chair (or anything you can hold on to).

This workout combines barre and pilates exercises to add variety to your workout routine and to target all your muscles through small isometric movements. We will strengthen and sculpt our legs and glutes in the Barre section of class and then work on our strong core and abdominals to finish.

Get ready for 35 minutes of muscle shaking and burning fun! 🔥😊

Is there anyone else who came here for a nice and chilled ballet workout and died after the first set of exercise.?😅🥵
I was burning, I was shaking and sweating so much like during HIIT workout.💦
It’s an EFFECTIVE one, felt so good.🧘🏻‍♀️(at least it was a little chill at the end 😂)

W(OW!) Such a great class, I'm sweating. Just completed as a part of February 2024 WEEK 1. I feel so strong with every class, and as someone who has taken studio barre classes, all the movement and terminology was spot on. I really love being able to strengthen my body and feel relaxed at the same time. Thank you, Nicole!! 🥰

This is my number one go-to class for days I can't get out for a run or ride. I love Nicole's gentle reminders throughout to not arch your back, to bend knees, etc. She's such a pro. Thank you!

Wow! As an ex-professional dancer and now active dance teacher with a lot of Pilates experience, i find it hard to find classes that challenge me the entire time! All your classes challenge me so much and this one was no exception! Loved it! Thank you so much

This was my first Barre classe! GIRL, my body is on FIRE. This is more challenging than I would of thought. Also it was my first session with you, looking forward to more 😊
For those interested, FITBIT > 37MI PILATES > 227 CAL > 35min in active zone.
