Loved this class! I really appreciate how you talk us through the exact foot / body placement for every exercise. I always feel confident in my posture, etc. when doing your workouts!

I had planned on doing a circuit workout but didn't have the energy for weights and burpees so I thought doing the barre workout would be "easier" and "more chill". Oh my gosh ... I was so wrong 😅 i was sweating like crazy and glutes & abs were on fire ! Loved it!

I went into this reluctantly because barre classes are usually so difficult for me, but this was really lovely!! It was certainly difficult but I feel refreshed and empowered! Thank you for the great content!!

This was amazing! Im always a bit hesitant about Barre workouts but decided to give it my best and I think I did fairly good 😌 far from what you made it look like. But surely a start. Thank you for making Pilates a part of my life and not an ordeal. You are amazing!!! Thank you Nicole.

I discovered your channel a few weeks ago and look forward to doing pilates everyday!!! Before this I achieved my goal weight and was slowly falling into an eating disorder and started to hate going to the gym because I would over exercise. I started doing pilates mixed with light weight training and my goal is to move at least 30 minutes a day everyday without having to stress about the intensity of the workout, now i look forward to my morning workouts.
